De culinaire werkplaats (eat&drink|exhibition)
In this modernly designed cooking/textile workshop, you can sit at the same table where the owners work, design, and cook. They are more than happy to share their enthusiasm about the vegetarian food, the ingredients, or the beautiful designs you find in their workshop. A unique experience!

A visit to the Noordermarkt, in Amsterdam, is the perfect way to start the week. Each Monday, you will find market stalls filled with fabrics, ribbons, second hand clothes, antiques, and curiosa. On Saturday the same market is filled with biological and local food. Combine your visit to Amsterdam with a stroll through the Haarlemmerstraat, where you can find a variety of home decorations, clothes, and plenty of choices for coffee or lunch.
This store is established in an old supermarket near one of the main shopping areas of Amsterdam, the Negen Straatjes. Lots of little shops are located here, selling hip clothes, second hand stuff, and many items for home decoration. In SPRMRKT you find furniture from design classics to modern art, and a large SPRMRKT collection of clothing, next to old stock designer labels. Other highlights are, a new exhibition every six weeks, and the collection of art and photography books, as well as a great selection of wallpaper and fabrics.
